Let’s talk about simple ways to improve your every day!
It is important to remember that each moment we choose to make a positive choice in our lives is a moment worth celebrating.
Whether we are making smart decisions with nutrition, fitness, relationships or daily activities, we must acknowledge the progress we make on a daily basis. We are all on different journeys and have different steps to make towards a more positive lifestyle.
Be proud of the little things: going on a walk, eating an apple instead of chips, calling an old friend, taking care of your skin, reading a book or taking time to relax.

Whatever your little step forward may be today, be kind to yourself and know that you just made a huge step in the journey of your life. You’re a bit closer to the version of yourself that is happy, confident, filled wi
th love and energy and ready to face anything that may come your way.
The better you take care of yourself on a daily basis, the more joy you will be able to feel in each little moment in your life.
Everyday is a new page in our stories, and it is up to us what we write next.
Here are some of the daily victories that I am proud of myself for achieving and I try to be more conscious of:
Drinking 8 glasses of water a day
Going for a walk
Choosing between dessert OR wine (not both)
Cooking a healthy meal at home
Talking to all of my children (who are spread out in different cities) on the phone
Giving someone unexpected a compliment
Reading at night instead of watching TV
Taking time to schedule out my next day the night before
Though we do not always get everything we want done in a day, these are some examples of things we can start to be more aware and proud of in our daily lives.
Sometimes we don’t feel like doing the little things, but if we just push ourselves a little more today, we will begin to see success in the long run.
Go out there and make that first step towards a more fulfilled life TODAY!
